good evening, I ownzw3d 2011, I bought a laptop with windows 10, the program installs it well, but it does not read me the dongle, can someone help me please?
Hi Angelo, your dongle is no longer supported by Windows.
Best option is to upgrade your software - it has come a LONG way since 2011 and use a softkey license code. The dongle would need to be replaced and this will cost another US$150 extra - but only for current version. e.g. you cannot get a new dongle to work with 2011.
