can anyone tel me how to unfold a swept profile.

if you want to create a 2d flattened shape from one of the sweep profile shown I would use the unfold surf command available in Freeform. You need to select the faces you want to flatten and a point as origin for the flattening. I got good results only when assigning a value to the mesh settings. Looking at your drawing I would start with 3mm as maximum mesh but you might need to check and eventually tweak it.
