Buongiorno a tutti , sono nuovo del Forum e chiedo aiuto a voi esperti in materia .
La mia necessità è quella di sviluppare per il taglio laser , quindi convertita poi in dxf ,
una lamiera calandrata a tronco di cono con la particolarità di avere delle curve proiettate
su di essa…In poche parole nello sviluppo devo riuscire a vedere il profilo lamiera + anche
le curve proiettate in precedenza che serviranno al laser come tracciatura.
Qualcuno sa aiutarmi ??

a truncated cone calendered sheet with the particularity of having projected curves
about it… In a nutshell in the development I have to be able to see the sheet profile + also
the previously projected curves that will be used by the laser as tracing.

Buongiorno Cowboy e grazie per il tuo interesse ,
ti allego 2 foto di partenza e 1 ultima foto di quello che
vorrei ottenere . In pratica dovrei sviluppare la lamiera
esterna ed insieme anche la tracciatura di quelle interne;
al taglio laser devono tagliare la lemiera e tracciare la posizione
interna delle altre.

Doesn’t seem to be any easy way to unfold the cone and take the curves with it.
But if you cut the solid you can then flatten.
I cannot save the model in Eval mode on this PC but here is the outcome.
The pattern.
I just thickened the curves during extrude as bodies. There is a limit to how thin that need to be.
