can I click on the point to create a fillet instead of needing to click 2 curves? I think its very time consuming. I found this very different than other cad software
Simple answer is no.
Do you use chain fillet?
Shift Select grabs all in a change of curves.
RMB and see other selection options.
Window selects all full lines inside window.
Otherwise I do not see how one extra click per fillet is a huge time overhead?
Most design time is lost thinking not drawing or talking to colleagues!

I’d say there a lot of more low hanging fruit for time saving.
e.g Ctrl Z should work without exiting a command and many more.
