Shortcut Key for internal Rotate

Hi People

Is there a shortcut key for the G + Orbit in Inventor?

In inventor when I was working on assemblies, by holding down the G key on the keyboard the orbit function on the mouse, orbited the selected sub part/component so we could line it up a bit better for constraint.

Try your mouse settings. No need to two keys to orbit.
Inventor is a dog for model manipulation and object visibility management.
Inventor guys end up using 3D Connections Space Mouses.
My trusty MS Trackball does it all faster and smoother on one hand and no RSI.

Hi Paul
I have got the orbit on the left mouse key, but that is the whole model.
What I am looking for is a shortcut key that allows me to rotate just a single component in the assembly not the hole assembly.

So when I am working on the Main Actuator assembly and I bring in the actuator shaft to put it into the housing, I just want to be able to rotate the shaft alone to get it into the right direction, before applying constraints.

Assembly Move command.
RMB on the desired assembly - select from History tree as there no assembly filter even after I cried for one.

HI Russty:

Click the component, hold down shift + left mouse, and drag the mouse. Try it!
