Saving a design is denied

I’m working with ZW3DCAD 2019.
I designed a representation of a PCB with lots of components. Finally the program denied to save it. The last state before is attached.
Is the number of components responsible for this behaviour?

This problems was solved by its own!
During a program crash the system forgot the dongle and it’s ID-Code. After re-entry the ID-Code the program works as it should.
