Save as .stp with student version

Dear all,

I have designed an injection mold with ZW3D as my final university degree project. My problem is that I can not save my design in another format, I only have it as .Z3. I am using a student license and I do not know if this is the reason why I can not change the format.
My idea is to save the file in a format (as .stp for example) that everybody could open to see it (especially my teachers). Is there any possibility to export it? When I export my file it never appears in the folder I selected.
Does anyone know if my problem is related with the version I have?

Hi Oscar,

I’m pretty sure that it is related to the student license,
However, there is a workaround,
Download and install another ZW3D of higher version to your laptop or the same version as you use now to another computer.
The regular trial lets you export any format for 30 days
If you are running version 2020, you can install this version next to it:
https://dl.zwsoft.com/zw3d/Products/zw3d/ZW3D2021/SP/ZW3D2021SPEng_x64.exe
If you are already on 2021, try this one:
https://download.zwcad.com/zw3d/3d/2022/ZW3D2022_Native_x64.exe

Beware not to save the file in another/newer version, it will not open in an older version anymore
