Problem with the structure catalog

Hello,

I am having an issue with the profiles in the structural member database. I tried to add a custom profile size (by editing an existing structural member), but something went wrong, and now the system cannot see the table associated with this member.

In the Windows Explorer folder, all the files look fine – the Excel sheet contains all the original sizes plus my newly added one, but ZW3D isn’t recognizing it.

Could someone please send me the file package for this specific structure: DIN_Rectangle-electric-welded prec?

default location: C:\Program Files\ZWSOFT\ZW3D 2026\ZWStructure\Standard Parts\Steel Structural Member\DIN

Hi Bary, to recover the File, you can do a repair install.
But before you do that, back up your Roles, Config. Then delete the User Folder.via User Folder Manager.
If that does not correct the problem run the install.
What version are you operating?
