friend of mine (i reccomended him to try ZW3D) has a problem witch launching Iinstalation of ZW3D 2026. Antivir was off and it was run as administrator. Anyway, the program closes immediately after the splash screen.
Then nothing happened. Do you have any idea what could cause this problem?

Hi, please ask your friend to start the installation again. ZW3D may need to install some prerequisites, such as Windows Runtime Software, first. Unfortunately, there’s no message indicating that you need to start the installation a second time.

Hello, you could try installing an earlier version of ZW3D first, such as ZW3D 2025, to see if the same problem occurs there, and then try installing the 2026 version to see if it works.
