Hello, where can I find and modify PMI holes anotation? I would like to do my own destription.

For example for threat hole I would like to have cound of hole and dimension only like:

2x M10x1 THROUHG

Hello,
how can you set a fixed font size in PMI annotations? I only applied the automatic font size depending on how close the model is, but I would like to give a fixed size. I want to have the same size for all parts.
