Part symetry macro

Hello,
it is possible to create a macro that creates a mirror part, copies the geometry from the reference part,do the symmetrizes, copies the parameters from the reference part and names acording example below…

example
Z0078-100_PLATE (reference part)
Z0078-100Z_PLATE (mirror part)

Hello,
we always use the YZ plane.

I tried this macro, it works fine, but I need to connect the reference part and the mirror part.

So I want to use function “geom to par”.

It should work like:

  1. create a new part
  2. renamed as reference part and after position number put “z” like “Z0078-100Z_PLATE” (100 is the position number)
  3. copy geometry use function geo to part
  4. do the symmetry YZ plane
  5. copy the user defined parameters
