Hello to all!
I´m new on ZW3D (I came from Catia) and I would like to create a 2d view without tangent lines. I didn´t find any workaround. Does anyone know how to do it?
Best Regards,
Rcaetano

Hi Recaetano,
welcome to our ZW3D Forum.
Everything in ZW3D has Attributes.
If you RMB on an object, you can edits is Attributes.
In a view you can either change the style attribute(top level) or just the attributes for that view(custom). Custom will be you quickest option now.
The lines tab in View Attributes can give you this,
FYI - I set tangent lines to solid but thin.

AND you copy and paste attributes from View to View.

Ok, I got it, but Is there anyway a view or a set views without them (I mean, like standard process)?
Cheers,
Rcaetano
Hi Rcaetano,
definitely
File Tab/Templates
and edit the Template you are using for the default drawing.
When in the Template, go to the Attributes Tab
and set the View Option to be what you want.
Then Save the Template and apply Save All.
Next time you create a new drawing these attributes with be active.
That’s the simplest explanation.
There is a Video on the ZW3D Channel that covers customization of drawing environment.
And also a topic in this forum - from memory.
Cheers - Paul
