How do i import a solidworks file

hey all
when i try download a soildworks file from a customer it comes up as translation failed
what to do please

Have the file translated as a stp or iges works for me

It has happened to me that if it is the most recent version of Solidworks, ZW3D does not translate it because the translator is from an older version.

For example: ZW3D 2022 cannot open SolidWorks 2023.

Could you check that.

You’re right, because ZW3D uses Dasso’s data conversion technology, so dasso won’t let other software directly support his latest version!
