Fastener coding system?

I don’t know if there is some CAD friendly fastener numbering system out there , but I haven’t seen it
IMO - Fastener’s need meaningful codes but how to manage that?
So here is my solution - I’m sure it can be improved but it actually works fine for my purposes.

Same process can be applied to all sorts of parts.

Hi Paul, how are you?

I realise you have attached an excel file of the fastener coding system but for some reason it give me an error while trying to download. Is it possible to get it another way?
