Extrusion distance too small

Hi!
Has anybody encountered the same problem?
When I try to extrude less than 1mm program gives a warning - distance too small?
Can somebody help?

Try to increase your tolerance from 0.1 to 0.01.
Your extrusion dimension is probably too close to the tolerance.

Try 0.5 mm for the Extrusion then click on OK. Then edit it to 0.12 mm and it will work 100%
