Has anyone got a parametric bevel gear model. In Metric and imperial (the two are not the same).

Both! I had to send some gears to the gear cutters last week 300mm diameter but there was nothing in the shape of the gears that I could not have milled on my cnc milling machine.
I believe another 2 sets of gears are coming my way shortly and I would like to have a go at them on my machine.

Hi Iain,
I do not have any current models for you. I have done strait bevels before - they are relatively simple. But Spiral bevels are a different level of complexity as the curve is generated as a combination motions and the contact angles etc are critical.
I know this does not help you much but thats all I can offer.
